The APICS North Texas Chapter is a non-profit organization that has provided expert training by seasoned professionals in the areas of operations management, project management, manufacturing methodologies, supply chain management and logistics for over 37 years.

 

Instructors and consultants are carefully selected for their depth of knowledge, area of expertise, ability to effectively train students, and years of industry experience in selected areas. 

 

The APICS North Texas Chapter trains nationally and has prior government experience training members of the Red River Army Depot in operations and supply chain management.


All training modules can be customized to client's unique requirements. Project management modules can also be inserted into any of the courses.

Five 3 and 4 day modules

 

Each module is designed to increase functional knowledge, improve efficiency of organizational supply chains, streamline operations through accurate forecasting, more accurately predict outcomes, maximize ROI on systems and technologies, and enhance credibility, among other benefits.

 


Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

 

6-day course


Each module provides advanced training in proven knowledge and organizational skills to strategically streamline operations, utilization of tools to effectively manage global supply chain activities where suppliers, plants, distributors and customers are located around the globe, enhance the ability to interact with legacy systems, existing resources and your ERP system to increase the efficiency of the workplace environment, develop skills to create consistency and foster collaboration through best practices, common terminology, and organization-wide communication, among other benefits.
